Our clients will feel confident with their decision, and excited to purchase their new home.
STEP 1: Consultation & APPLICATION
We begin with a conversation to gain an understanding of what kind of mortgage or financing our client is looking for. Next, our client will complete an online application form, and upload any required documents through a secure site.
STEP 2: Pre-Approval
After receiving the online application and required documents, we follow up with our client to provide them with a pre-approval amount. This is also the time when we’ll establish a close relationship with their realtor.
STEP 3: Purchase Offer & approval
Once our client has written an offer on a property, we educate them on the various options available at this time and then submit their offer to the lender. When the lender approves the offer, our clients can sign the documents in-person or electronically. If any other documents are required, they will be collected at this time.
STEP 4: CONDITIONS & LEGAL
After waiving financing conditions, our client will meet with a lawyer to sign the legal paperwork before they get possession. The legal paperwork is sent from the lender to the lawyer. The lawyer will request the remainder of the down payment, legal fees, ID and home insurance (if required) at this time.
Step 5: Plan your move & Possession
Once the legal process is complete, our clients can begin planning their move - scheduling the moving trucks, electricity, changing address, etc. Our client will meet with their lawyer or realtor to receive the keys to their new home on possession day!
